Functional Area PAI Capability PAI Personnel’s Experience
Configuration Management (CM) We can assist in establishing and running program wide CM for Navy acquisition offices - including everything from writing CM Plans to drafting Engineering Change Proposals and Headquarters Modification Requests to supporting shipboard Physical Configuration Audits. Provided full range of CM support to major NAVSEA ship acquisition programs PMS 303 (Mine Warfare) and PMS 325R (T AKR Strategic Sealift). PAI is now providing CM assistance to the Improved Navy Lighterage System acquisition program for NAVFAC’s Sealift Support Program Office (SSPO).
Information System Development / Information Assurance / Information Technology (IS/IA/IT) We can develop a wide variety of applications including CM, CDRL and inventory management databases as well as web sites. Have managed the development of many Navy CM and CDRL databases and created several inventory management databases for the Marine Corps. Our award winning IT talent has also developed 100s of web sites for Navy, Marine Corps and commercial customers.
Acquisition Logistics PAI’s deep and growing cadre of experienced Navy logisticians (including both former Navy Supply Corps Officer and Storekeeper Chiefs) can assist at both the headquarters and SUPSHIP / shipyard / deck plate levels. PAI’s senior leadership has provided the full range of acquisition logistics support to NAVSEA for almost 18 years. PAI is currently providing wide ranging ILS to the SSPO in support of several acquisition programs in Washington, DC and Marinette, Wisconsin.
Supply and Provisioning Our experienced and talented logisticians can assist in the development and review of Provisioning Technical Documentation, help manage Table of Allowance changes and are current with the latest in Radio Frequency Identification technologies and relevant Navy/Marine Corps policies. PAI personnel have not only extensive shipboard Supply Corps and Storekeeper experience/expertise but also have been responsible for inventory management, material storage and transportation for a major warehouse facility. In addition, achieved ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Registration for this facility.
Program Support We can draft presentations and point papers, maintain calendars and schedules, and assist with financials and budgets (as appropriate). Our talented personnel have the savvy, experience and analytical skills to assist Program Managers in their most important decisions and negotiations. PAI personnel have drafted many presentations and point papers for Navy customers. Have provided integrated schedules for various NAVSEA customers clearly displaying the status of many aspects of complex acquisition programs. PAI is currently providing on site program support to the SSPO.
Administrative Support We can assist with making Navy offices work seamlessly by lending our years of experience and hands on focus to addressing their issues. PAI personnel currently provide the SSPO administrative support such as: making copies, filing, scanning, setting up conference calls and other meetings, taking minutes and assisting with telephone directories.
Engineering Support PAI can assist Navy shipbuilding efforts with a wide range of engineering support including reviewing test procedures and assisting with equipment testing. PAI is currently providing on site engineering support to the Navy Program Office at Marinette Marine, Corporation shipyard in Marinette, Wisconsin.
